a) ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
An order confirmation for the products will be emailed to from email ripecitrusfarm@gmail.com once order is placed. .
b) DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Order delivery estimated time may vary depending on the area and the time it takes to fulfill . We strive to deliver confirmed orders within 7 days
Damaged or steal products must be checked at the time of delivery . Seller (Ripe citrus farm) will be fully responsible for damaged product during delivery and will offer refund or replacement. For return, refer to Return& Refund page on website
All deliveries will be done through trusted and renowned courier services e.g. TRAX
c) DELAYS AND CANCELLATION
Delays may occur in case of no availability, weather conditions or any natural cause.
In case of no availability, the order may be cancelled and will be communicated to the customer.
No orders will be cancelled once confirmed by the customer.
d) LOCAL PICKUP AND FARM VISITS
A customer can pickup an order locally from the farm, free of any additional charges upon confirmation and at suggested time.
All our customers are welcome to visit the farm during the working hours but must seek permission to enter the premises.
e) PAYMENTS
We offer Cash on delivery .

We will retain the customer’s personal information such as name, phone number, address, email etc. for processing order and seeking feedback
No personal information such as bank account, debit or credit card number will be kept at any time.
