Any claim submitted more than two (2) days after delivery will not be accepted.
Yes, once order has been shipped, you will be provided tracking number which you can use to track your order on courier service website i.e. TRAX . Meanwhile Ripe Citrus Farm will also keep you updated via SMS or email.

Yes. We have always recommended washing your fruit (and your hands!) before consumption. Whether organic or conventional, fruit should be rinsed under cool running water immediately before you enjoy it. If you wash produce in batches, be sure to dry each piece well with a paper towel; wetness encourages mold and bacteria growth.
- Do not wash produce with soaps or detergents.
- Use clean potable cold water to wash items.
- For produce with thick skin, use a vegetable brush.
We’ll do our best to accommodate you. If you need to change or cancel an order, you must do so by a call or sending Whatsapp and during our normal business hours of 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. Cancel/change requests cannot be made if the order has closed or shipped by the time a customer service representative receives the request.
